Description: The Tea Room at 44 Prospect in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, was built in 1979 and was purchased by Jim and Ruth Spears in 1984. It is now located at 33 Prospect in a beautifully renovated Victorian home. The Spear's hobby (turned profession) of cooking and a vast collection of recipes resulted in this cookbook of favorites. The cookbook includes contributions from friends, relatives and customers, and The Tearoom.
