Twenty years later, Kings cooking studio continues to serve the community through four store locations in Northern New Jersey. Our course catalog offers more than 70 different classes. And today's faculty includes more than 40 prominent chefs, food writers and consultants -- many with national reputations.
While enriching the culinary experience in thousands of households, the Kings cooking studio has also generated an extensive library of recipes, representing a virtual history of cooking trends and innovations over the past two decades. Now, in celebration of our 20th anniversary, we are proud to present our favorite recipes in this very special cook book -- a tribute to the faculty members, guest chefs and, most of all, the enthusiastic "students" who have made Kings cooking studio such a long-running hit.
